Some Helpful Hints For Healthy Oral Hygiene
- Floss daily. There are a variety of brands on the market. There is the traditional string floss, as well as floss holders, to assist those that might find flossing difficult. Floss comes in various widths and flavors. Just pick one you are comfortable with and floss away.
- Brush twice a day (morning and evening). We recommend any of the electric toothbrushes over manual brushes as we feel they are more effective. Any fluoride toothpaste you like is recommended.
- Brush your tongue daily.
- Regular check ups. We recommend twice yearly to help prevent future problems.
